Airbnb Maintenance rates in Kendal & surrounding area

Please note: Additional cost for materials will be added to your final invoice but be assured all for all jobs I provide a detailed quote with estimated cost which we discuss in person before I start any work.

I offer weekday appointments from 8am to 6pm on the following base rate per hour.
For any emergency maintenance response outside of these hours an additional call out fee is charged.
