This small downstairs bathroom was in desperate need of a refurb! The old tiles, sink and toilet was removed leaving a blank canvas. The customer wanted something sleek and modern with a bright look and feel. I sourced some very simple white wall tiles and these lovely large Ivory Terrazzo Mix 60cm x 60cm Wall & Floor Tiles. And we decided on black tap and bathroom accessories.

To create an open feel I built and tiled a floating shelf with the plumbing for the freestanding porcelain basin. The customer was excited with this idea as it meant easy cleaning underneath the sink! All the toilet plumbing was also boxed in and tiled.

To add to the luxurious feel I custom made this gorgeous mirror with green foliage.

The overall cost for fitting, tiles and appliances came in at just under £6,000. (Oct 2022)
